Super Shipbottom "One Coat Magic" Features
|
| Boater Friendly: |
Since Super Shipbottom uses a
different solvent base it can go over any other bottom paint without lifting
the old paint. Super Shipbottom paint etches old paint so it you can overcoat
any dull paint without sanding. Shiny hard paint or Teflon must be sanded.
The big paint companies say their paint must re-use the old paint or remove
it. |
|
Hard Ablative:
|
Most ablative paints are soft and wear away
because they contain a lot of talc and very little Copper. Super Shipbottom
has a hardened surface and uses very little talc. Super Shipbottoms' finely
balanced formula contains 62.5% of very pure Copper. |
|
Multi-Season:
|
Super Shipbottom can last up to 3 seasons when
stored out of water for the off-season. One full coat and a second on the
water line is recommended! A season is six months in and six months out!
|
|
Longer Lasting:
|
Super Shipbottom will last longer because it
is a balance of hard and soft with the advantages of both but none of their
drawbacks. Super Shipbottom lasts 12 to 18 months of continuous submersion
time per coat, even in the toughest waters. |
|
Never Builds Up:
|
Super Shipbottom never builds up and never
has to be removed because it wears away slowly! |
