Mooring Bits, Bollards or "Samson Posts" are used to secure ropes for towing, mooring and other purposes. Ours are made of the finest stainless steel quality (AISI 316) to withstand the rigors of boat mooring duties in fresh or salt water. They are highly polished and will impart an attractive appearance with a minimum of maintenance.
Bolt-on bollards come with a flanged base plate for mounting but may be ordered without this to enable direct welding onto a steel deck. The direct weld bollards come in similar sizes as the bolt-on but without the bolt plate.
