Each deck socket is highly polished, cast 304 stainless steel designed for 7/8'' or 1" tubing. The Weldable Deck Socket is ready to be welded, while the 90 Degree Deck Socket is secured with (2) tightening set screws.
Welded sockets will require additional measuring to determine the camber of the mounting surface.

A small amount of tube cutting may be required to achieve the correct height for the dorade and cowl vent because the guards are generally shipped slightly higher than what will is needed for installation.
Mounting instructions are included. Fasteners are not included.
New this year is the 316 stainless steel Rotating Deck Socket for 1" tubing that features the ability to rotate 360-degree with angles up to 45-degree. This feature will simplify the installation of guards on decks with any amount of camber.
