We accept all major credit cards - Discover, Visa, Master Card and
American Express. We also accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S.
dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit
bank routing number ( ABA code), located on the bottom of the check.

How much do you charge for shipping and how long does Ground Shipping
take?
Charges: When you fill out our online order form, our system automatically
calculates and displays estimated shipping charges unless otherwise stated
in the product description. We do not "pad" our shipping charges or add
"handling charges". To keep our prices as low as possible, we must pass
the cost of shipping to the customer. You will be charged only what it costs
AhoyCaptain to get your order to you.
Shipping: AhoyCaptain.com processes each order as soon as it is
received. Orders received over the weekend are processed the next business
day. We generally ship FedEx Ground, it can take up to 10 business days
to ship coast to coast. We do not have control of the shipping time once
the product leaves the warehouse. Please phone or email us if you have an
urgent request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Special Shipping: Certain products are considered hazardous materials
(some paints and thinners, flares, compressed gases, etc.) and as such will
carry a HazMat surcharge which varies by product and manufacturer. Some
products can not be shipped by air and may be unavailable outside of mainland
U.S. Please contact us if you have further questions about these products.
What is your Return policy?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order (unless indicated otherwise
in the product description), you may return any product except closeout
items or special order items, provided the item is "New" condition. A 15%
restocking fee will be added. We will refund shipping costs only if the
return is a result of our error.
