NOTE: Double check your spelling, upper or lower case, etc. as custom items cannot be returned, and orders cannot be changed once the order is in process.

- All text is embroidered in a centered layout unless specified otherwise.
- All logos/designs will be centered below the last line of text.
- For text in ALL CAPS only Avante, Goudy and Designer fonts can be used.

Except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in personalization, custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Custom embroidered boat mats usually ship within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your order. If we are digitizing your artwork, add 2 to 3 days.
