Notes on Custom Embroidery

• All text will be embroidered in a centered layout unless specified otherwise.
• If you have a specific layout request, please contact us to explain your preferences and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• When ordering please use the Additional Comments text box on the Checkout screen to notify us that you would like to customize your layout.
• All logos will be centered below the last line of text.
• Only Block, Goudy and Designer fonts can be used as ALL CAPS.

Except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in personalization, custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
